As part of our annual team drive, we participated in the PCM seminar hosted by Margit and Mark Weinert. Despite the different characters of our team, all colleagues got access to this model. For communication in the team and with our customers - as well as for everyone - the seminar has opened an interesting new perspective, especially regarding conflict situations and/or miscommunication. PCM - a concept that is easy to understand and presented and conveyed by Margit and Mark Weinert in a very personal, heartfelt and practical way. We can highly recommend participating as a team / departmenteam/departmenter to strengthen the mutual and mutual understanding for the "being different" from colleagues and customers.

Dr. Michael Weber, Geschäftsführer Hire a Doctor Group, Berlin

We are a medical simulation centre and have carried out both the basic seminar and the advanced seminar PCM in our company. We have learned a lot for the daily interaction with our participants as well as for the cooperation with our own colleagues. We thank Margit and Mark for the many little and big tips and do not want to miss them in their daily dealings. The strbehaviourvior of the participants in the patient simulator and the debriefing of critical situatiss are much easier with the background knowledge of the PCM than before.
It is also exciting to employ employees from a wide variety of personalities and to use them according to their needs in order to provoke little stress behavior. Then everyone is happy, the cooperation is creative and satisfactory for most employees. We do not always succeed after the two seminars, so we need more practice. Therefore, we plan a close cooperation PCM simulation and look forward to the cooperation.

Dr. Matina Heinrichs und Prof. Wolfgang Heinrichs, Geschäftsführer AQAI, Simulationszentrum Mainz

In my area, I have offered the communication training PCM self-sufficient and voluntary to my executives and financially supported. Of the 24 executives, 21 attended the seminar and I see the success of the seminar. Executives felt much better in their job communicating with their employees, they learned to be more understanding and caring with their employees and they quickly came to constructive results among themselves. The executives thanked me very much for their appreciation of so a special seminar. Very often I heard in the context "that was the best seminar Lufthansa has ever offered me!" The stress behavior of the participants in the patient simulator and the debriefing of critical situations are much easier with the background knowledge of the PCM than before.

Of all the countless pieces of training, the PCM Seminar is the one I still think about on a daily basis. It helps me to understand my colleges better, and it is useful every single day.

Dr. Thomas Kieber, Senior consultant Anaesthetics and Intencive Care

I could not imagine anything under PCM at first, but had the strong suspicion that it might be "just a bit of a joke". If Mark had not been the initiator and if I had not known him in the past and would have liked to learn, I would still be pregnant with this suspicion today and certainly would not have registered for the seminar. Sometimes one just has to be "forced" to be lucky, or should we say "intensely motivated". How often do you meet people you barely know for a second, but do not like them either, or simply get on your nerves. Or why can one be so good with one, why do you understand yourself blind and even deaf? Through the concept, the different personality types are basically evident and subsequently transparent. One learns to recognize that many a frustrating beginning of conversation can be positively influenced by simple algorhythms to the cough of a satisfying dialogue. In my opinion, participation in the "Weinert Seminar" should be considered a compulsory event for everyone working in the team. But also for dealing with privacy, the concept opens up unimaginable horizons and therefore deserves the title of "particularly valuable". When I first heard about PCM, I thought, well, another new communication concept that sounds good in theory but is only partially or not applicable in practice.

I was all the more surprised, which hides behind PCM. Such a simple but more efficient structure and logic. When Margit gave me a first brief overview, I was immediately on fire. After I attended the course I was completely thrilled. You immediately understand what it is about and can take a lot of value for yourself, your daily work and your private relationships. Suddenly one understands why the same patterns repeat over and over again and again and again in the same "faux pans" occurs but above all how easy it is actually, a situation and to control themselves. Simply delegating the right way, asking or answering opens up unexpected doors. Situations that previously seemed difficult or scary are suddenly easy to act on.

I can recommend PCM to anyone who seeks an easy-to-learn and logical way to make life easier through proper communication.

I'm looking forward to the next course.

Many thanks to Margit and Mark for this very valuable seminar for me. "

Manuela Holtmann, Leiterin First Class Services, Deutsche Lufthansa AG

"I know one of the one knows, dä sow do jeiht still jet, if it was waach ..." is the chorus of the (!) Fastelovend session hit 2017 in Cologne with the title "Dä Plan" by the group Querbeat.

Huh?, One or the other may think at this point and wonder if PCM is perhaps about kölsche Sproch (language) or even carnival. No, that's not the point, although in the seminar with Margit and Mark the fun is not too short and also a lot of laughs.

Who attended the seminar, who will understand in the end that in this song is wonderfully and accurately described a rebel. This is one of six personality types that you encounter in the seminar but above all in your daily life. In addition to identifying personality types, PCM provides much more answers to what motivates and motivates each of these types in their base and stage, what causes them stress, and how we can best relate to each other. It's simply about getting to know each other and the other "types" better. For this purpose, the PCM seminar shows you very practical and working ways. Recognizing, understanding and, above all, being able to respond and act purposefully in a logical, emotional, playful or direct manner, you can expect so much. This benefits you not only in your professional communication but also in your private environment. Log in, use it!

Oh, in High German is the song "The Plan" and the refrain is: "I know a one knows who says there is something that is still awake."

"When I first heard about the PCM concept, I was very skeptical - what can you learn in such a short time? They just want to sell me something! And I can actually communicate quite well ... Then I was invited by Margit to a PCM seminar - and had to completely revise my opinion. I was presented with a concept that is not only good to understand but that I can really apply to myself. I learned a lot about myself, about my needs and my way of communicating. But it also helped me understand other people, their communications, behaviors and needs, and understand why communication is often so ineffective and complicated. Margit - Your seminar has opened my eyes to a new world and gives me completely new possibilities "togetherness",

Dr. Sabine Pecher FANZCA, Fachärztin für Anästhesie

“This will add a new dimension to my client assessment process as a therapist and also enable me to understand some current difficulties in my workplace…”

Andrew Hadwick, Hypnotherapist, New Zealand

"The PCM seminar is not the first communication seminar I have attended. Previously, I had several times the experience that many models in theory are quite appealing, but the implementation in practice is often not practical. Accordingly, I was skeptical of the PCM concept. I was all the more surprised to see a convincing picture of my own communication skills, deficits, and needs set in a short time based on a brief personality analysis. Conversely, one learns in a relatively easy way to assess the interlocutor and to meet him. This knowledge makes communication suddenly more effective and satisfying for both partners. Of course, you also have to practice this concept in practice. And why should ultimately a concept that NASA and many commercial enterprises around the world for years successfully used not on a small scale, be applicable and helpful in dealing with superiors, peers or parents. "

Birte Jacoby-Reese, Realschullehrerin

"In the PCM seminar, you get to know different personality and communication types and their characteristic behaviours, needs and deficits.

This framework provides a very good tool to appraise diverse conversation partners and to find the right communication and motivation channel for you. It also makes it easier to understand why communication is sometimes complicated and dissonant.

The PCM seminar gives many pragmatic hints in order to practice it in everyday life and to better understand oneself and its counterparts in communicative behavior and in reactive behavior. "

Prof. Dr. Brigitte Mayinger

"I participated in a one-day seminar in New Zealand in summer 2010 to introduce the 'Process Communication Model', led by Margit Weinert. I would like to take part in continuing leading seminars on this very interesting and versatile communication model, I found confirmed again and again after that first glimpse both professionally (tourism) and privately the approaches presented. "

Barbara Panettieri, Reiseveranstalter

"Primarily, it was actually the key to me that changed my life. I think that in the few days I have opened a door to myself, which I have seen before, but the said key was missing. Many communication problems would be avoidable, if one would lean back mentally from a discussion and make a short profile of his counterpart. And most "discussion opponents" have been known for a long time, many of them already have a fairly clear character image, but the communication channels are still unclear. PCM helped me to tune the transmitter and receiver frequencies and thus prevent disputes and misunderstandings. I found the application of the PCM in emergency medical situations extremely helpful. It used to impress me how colleagues and friends in stressful situations take on a supposedly different personality. Now I realize that this is not a personality change, but an understandable response according to your character. In sum: Dr. Weinert for a better world. If, for example, this communication course would reach all employees of a working group without exception, then a happier coexistence, more harmony and a lower error rate could be created. I am convinced of that; that's my opinion. "

Dr. Mario Moser, Anästhesist

“I am quite overwhelmed at the ability of this tool to show where we are in our own lives/selves. I would love to share this with clients and workplace professionals I work alongside.”

Ann-Marie Pike, Councellor & Psychologist, New Zealand

“This PCM Course (Kahler Communications Oceania Ltd.) was a great success and, after some initial skepticism had been overcome, it developed into a break-through type of event. This is borne out by the fact that, at the end of the three days, a commitment to more effective communication across all professional groups within the hospital had been agreed upon. The participants –the whole management group of the physician side of the hospital – agreed on the need to improve communication and culture across the whole hospital and that PCM will continue to be a key element in achieving these goals.”

Dr Sven Staender, Director of Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine at Maennedorf Hospital, Zurich / Switzerland

"It's hard for me to describe all the impressions, insights, overwhelming insights ... still need to wrap my head around everything, I can say that rarely has anything moved me so much as your seminar. Let me still try to write an adequate rating, but your performance is hardly fair. Believing I learned communication patterns to mediate or solve conflicting professional situations, I applied to the Process Communication Model seminar. My expectations were exceeded many times over. To this day I deal with the content of the seminar on a sustainable basis. Much more than just learning communication patterns, the self-awareness of one's own character was underlined here. After initial surprise, this allows a deep understanding of one's motivation, Frustration patterns are suddenly understood in their meaning and, in the long term, valuable insights into the resulting stress management are possible. The lecturers imparted the content with contagious enthusiasm, sound and confident in a beautiful environment. With great enthusiasm I will explore the model more deeply for me and certainly participate in further seminars. Thank you very much for that. "
